To Our Patients:

In light of the growing concerns and anxieties surrounding the spread of COVID-19, we wanted to reach out and let you know the protocols that we have set in place for our office.

If you or a family member currently have or have had a fever or cold symptoms in the last 24 hours, please call our office at 972-547-0202 so we can reschedule your appointment.

Please only bring someone with you to your appointment when absolutely necessary.

We understand that this may be an inconvenience, but out of respect for the safety of our patients, colleagues, and community, we ask that you please adhere to these protocols until further notice.

PREVENTION
The World Health Organization (WHO) advises the following prevention methods:

Wash Hands Frequently
Scrub hands with soap & water for at least 20 seconds, or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer frequently

Practice Respiratory Hygiene
When coughing and sneezing, cover mouth and nose with flexed elbow or tissue, discarding tissue immediately and clean your hands with alcohol-based hand sanitizer or soap and water

Maintain Social Distancing
Maintain at least 6 feet distance between yourself and other people, particularly those who are coughing, sneezing and may have a fever

Avoid Touching Eyes, Nose & Mouth
H
ands touch many surfaces which can be contaminated with the virus.  If you touch your eyes, nose or mouth with your contaminated hands, you can transfer the virus from the surface to yourself.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding during this time,
